The draw takes place remotely and is announced on the League’s FB website and by notifying the players via e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the application. Teams taking part in a given edition of the League have a maximum of 14 days to complete the task. The deadline for submitting videos is listed under deadlines. Information about the dates will be organized on a regular basis.

Flights must be carried out in the order drawn, i.e. round 1, 2, 3, etc. Each round should only be performed once. Teams fly at a time of their choice and in a Flyspot tunnel of their choice (Warsaw, Katowice or Mirosławice).

The draw takes place remotely and is announced on the League’s FB website and by notifying the players via e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the application.

After the draw, it is possible to meet the zoom with the players, the organizer and the main judge. Communication with the referee is via a dedicated email: [email protected]

Teams taking part in a given edition of the League have at least 28 days to perform jumps. The deadline for submitting the films is set out in the deadlines section. The jumps must take place in the order drawn, i.e. round 1, 2, 3, etc.

Teams fly at a time of their choice and in a Flyspot tunnel of their choice (Warsaw, Katowice or Wrocław).

Registration for the League is done electronically. After receiving the application, the organizer or the Chief Judge sends a confirmation along with the instructions to the e-mail address provided in the application. The contact person also receives a notification that the access to the folder on the Google Drive platform has been created.

Teams are responsible for copying the appropriate video of all rounds and uploading to their Google Drive folder at the appointed time. If team / team manager does not have a gmail account, we recommend setting one up to facilitate the process.
The files must be copied according to the instructions, from the appropriate camera – upper camera for FS, lower and upper cameras for VFS. In case of uploading files from the camera above the control booth, such video will be assessed. But in the absence of the possibility of verifying the correct execution of the figure due to the lack or poor visibility, it can be considered zero points.

The files must be date and time stamped without renaming the file. Each team saves files in the appropriate folder to which they gain access (Note: files are saved in one folder, not in separate rounds folders, therefore it is forbidden to rename the file).

The laps will be judged in the flying order. In case of incorrect flight order (date and time of flight / video), it is not possible to switch rounds.

Teams have a designated time to upload their videos. After this date, if there is no video for the round, the score for that round will be the lowest possible.

Judging is carried out remotely at agreed times using the Remote InTime system. The results are published on an ongoing basis during the judging. The judging dates will be announced on a regular basis.
