Welcome to the first VFS workshop at Flyspot Warsaw!
Classes are conducted in two advance groups:
Basic – designed for people who fly on their stomachs. First you learn to fly on your back and in the head up (sit fly) position. In parallel, we practice balancing in a head-down position on the grid until the student masters a stable figure.
Intermediate – designed for those flying head up (sit fly) who are ready to learn the head down position. Exercises to improve the silhouette on the net, lifting from the net (at the same time we polish the skills of head up).
Form of classes: meetings are group (groups of 2/3 people for joint exercises and 1:1 for individual exercises).
E.g. 15min of joint exercise + 15min of individual exercise.
Deadline: periodic meetings on average 1 time a week. Classes are held from November 2023 to May 2024 (3 meetings per month or more often, exact dates to be determined with the group).
The goal: to master head-down flight through the winter.
The price depends on the size of the group, for example: a basic group of 3 people single classes 950zł (30min of training).
