• No sports license required
• Competition – only Polish teams are allowed to participate in FS-4 and VFS competitions and classification
• Competition start – foreign teams are also allowed to participate in the competition, but they stay out of the 2-way, FS-4 and VFS classifications.
• Participation in the competition is free of charge (participants do not pay for tunnel time*), but there is a fee for processing videos in the Online InTime system.
  • FS-4/ VFS- 4 – 150 PLN/per team/per edition
  • FS-2 – PLN 125/per team/per edition

The Champions League classification will be published in real time on Flyspot’s Champions League website.

1. The Flyspot Champions League season consists of 4 sporting events
2. In the final classification of the League will be considered only those teams that start in 3 editions in the same class
3. The final classification will take into account the 3 best results achieved in the current season of the Flyspot Champions League
4. Qualification of teams for each category of FS-4 (Rookie, A, AA, AAA) and VFS:

• team, which consists of players who have not previously competed in FS-4 can start and compete in any class
• team, which consists of athletes previously competing in FS-4, VFS-4 may compete in any class, but compete no lower than one class below the class in which the athlete(s) with the highest class competed
• team that participates in the FS-4 or FS-2 class can also participate in the VFS
• FS-2 team cannot consist of two players from the same FS-4 team
• FS-2 team, whose players also compete in FS-4, can only be mixed (ie. both players of the FS-2 team cannot be members of the same FS-4 team).

The competition will be held in accordance with FAI regulations (for FS4 Open and VFS4 Open).

Competitions can be judged with a minimum of: 2 judges, on-site or online. The results will be published in real time on InTime, the judging system we use.

It is possible to change the date of the Champions League edition to 3 weeks. Before or adding an additional term.

The draw is conducted remotely. Competitors receive the results by email at the address provided in the registration.

After the draw, there is an option to hold a Zoom meeting with the competitors, the organizer, and the Head Judge. Communication with the Head Judge is conducted via the dedicated email address: [email protected].

Teams participating in a given League edition have at least 14 days to complete their flights. The final deadline for submitting videos is listed in the Deadlines section. Flights must be performed in the order drawn, i.e. Round 1, 2, 3, etc.

Teams fly at a time of their own choosing and in a Flyspot wind tunnel of their choice (Warsaw, Katowice, Wrocław, Gdańsk).

Registration for the League is done electronically. After receiving the registration, the organizer or the Head Judge sends a confirmation along with instructions to the email address provided in the registration. The contact person is responsible for submitting the date and reservation number on which the competitors intend to fly a given League edition. After the date is submitted, the contact person will receive the drawn starting orders.

Teams are responsible for copying the appropriate video of all rounds and sending the videos via WeTransfer.com to [email protected] within 24 hours of completing the reservation.

Files must be copied according to the instructions from the appropriate camera – for FS: the top camera; for VFS: both the bottom and top cameras. If files from a camera located above the control booth are submitted, such video will be judged. However, if it is not possible to verify correct execution of a formation due to lack of footage or poor visibility, the score may be assessed as zero points.

Files must include date and time markings without changing the file name (original files).

Rounds will be judged in the order in which they were flown. In the case of an incorrect flight order (date and time of the flight/video), it is not possible to swap rounds.

Teams have a designated time to submit the videos. After this deadline, if a video from a given round is missing, the score for that round will be the lowest possible.

Judging is conducted remotely at agreed times using the Remote InTime system. Results are published on an ongoing basis during judging. Judging dates will be announced on a rolling basis.
