Every flyer brings their everyday habits into the airflow. At our upcoming Ground and space camps, we are bridging the gap between PhD-level biomechanics and practical bodyflight.

Martin will lead dry-land workouts and flying sessions. Alongside this, Dr. Jacek will lead personalized 1-on-1 movement assessments to pinpoint your exact postural habits and left/right asymmetries on the ground. By combining your ground assessment, targeted floor workouts, and tunnel flying all in the exact same week, we eliminate the guesswork.
