Yes. The package must be used within a single period of up to 10 consecutive days.

No. The entire package must be used in a single selected tunnel only. You can choose between Warsaw, Katowice, and Gdańsk.

No. Coaching is not included in the package price.

We strongly recommend booking the full 10-hour schedule before arrival.

Additional Time is free extra flying time available subject to real-time availability in the booking system.
It can only be used during the same 10-day period as your Principal Time.

Additional Time can be booked:
• no earlier than 48 hours before the flight
• no later than 24 hours before the flight

This allows you to plan based on your current training needs while helping us manage tunnel availability in real time.
Please note that any booked Additional Time that is not used is still chargeable at the standard Flyspot price.

Yes, subject to slot availability and the rules governing slots outside standard operating hours.
Off-hour slots are available only when there is a minimum 25-minute booking in an adjacent time slot to ensure continuous tunnel operation.

Any unused booked Additional Time is charged according to the standard Flyspot price list.

Any unused availability simply expires and cannot be used later or exchanged for extra time or compensation.

No. The tunnel may only be used by the person who purchased the package. You must always be present in the tunnel and actively flying during both Principal and Additional Time sessions. No other person is allowed to be in the tunnel with you, except for a second customer who holds their own Unlimited package and is using it at the same time as you. Further details can be found in the regulations of the package.

Yes. You must always be present in the tunnel and actively flying during both Principal and Additional Time sessions.

No. The package cannot be used for commercial coaching or flying with clients.

Yes, but only for the purpose of coaching you.

Yes. The number of Flyspot Unlimited packages is limited and the promotion may end once all packages are sold out.

Yes, 10 nights of accommodation are included within the selected tunnel location.

No, accommodation is a fixed part of the package and can’t be exchanged for other benefits.
